The next, you need to measure your overarm. You need to place your arms/hands down when taking measurement around your shoulder. Subtract 7 inches from the total measurement, that is your overarm measurement.

Once you are through with the selection, you may want to try it out. Wear the blazer and sit down, stand and walk around to check the comfort level. Go ahead if and only you are comfortable wearing it.
