-Cut off the waistcoat scuff area or open the stitch. Spread the waistcoat, back up over the work table to make it easily accessible.

-If there is any wrinkled or crushed area then iron it first.

-Now start sewing the hood onto the waistcoat scuff. Sew it carefully making sure that the hood faces towards right direction. It is advisable to make small stitches.

-Pull the hood and check if it properly stitched. After you are certain about the firmness of the stitch, iron the area. Now go ahead and have fun!
