Blazers

Blazers were first said to have been worn in the year 1837. According to historians, Queen Victoria wanted to inspect the warship H.M.S. Blazer. When the commander of the frigate was informed, he became worried about the poor condition of his crew's dresses and bought all of them new uniforms.
The commander decided on a short jacket having Brass Royal Navy Buttons. These blazers were of navy blue color and the Queen was so impressed with the attire that she asked all her sailors to have a similar jacket as their uniform thereafter. Blazers gained popularity in Britain and then this popularity spread to the rest of the world.

How to Measure ?
- Chest: For accurate measurement, a person should measure
around fullest part of chest, keeping the measuring tape under arms
and around shoulder blades.
- Waist: For accurate measurement, a person should measure
around his natural waistline. If the measurement is in between
sizes, order next size up.
- Arm/Sleeve: For accurate measurement, a person should
bend his elbow and measure from center of back of neck till his
wrist.
- Hips: For accurate measurement, a person should measure
around the fullest part of hips.
- Inseam: For accurate measurement, a person should measure pants that already fit well. Lay them flat with front and back creased smooth. Measure from crotch to bottom of leg hem along inseam.
